The Milton Ensemble under the direction of New Hampshire State Council on the Arts Touring Poet Rodger Martin and Dr. Eugene McCarthy of Holy Cross is dedicated to the oral tradition of presenting Milton's work. It has performed throughout New England with sponsorship from organizations such as the New England Foundation for the Arts. They currently have CDs of Book IX, "The Fall of Man," Book II, "The Council in Hell," Book V, "The Revolt in Heaven," and Book III, "Satan Discovers Earth."
